We will endeavour to deliver the shipment, after custom clearance by the delivery date agreed between the consignee and us. Craft Distributors UK Limited may reasonably request and give notice to consignee if deliveries are likely to be delayed in the event beyond the company’s circumstances. We will not be obliged to offer any other compensation for the consignee.
If door delivery is requested, the delivery location and date should be mutually arranged between the consignee and us. If the consignee is not present at the delivery address for a pre-arranged delivery, then Craft Distributors UK Limited reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges to redeliver the shipment. If the consignee wishes to change the agreed delivery location or date, the consignee need to notify us no later than 48 hours prior to delivery date.
Consignee shall be responsible for any transport if they are collecting the shipment including unloading costs at destination.
Delivery shall be completed when the products have been unloaded and the delivery has been acknowledged and accepted by the consignee, by duly signing on a delivery note or similar document.
